A Model Switcheroo

When it comes down to it, schedules are intense. And today two models found out that sometimes despite all the planning, things happen.
At the last minute, Mariacarla Boscono found out that she was unable to walk for the Givenchy Couture show, and a fellow model stepped up to save the day. Natalia Vodianova subbed and walked in her place. Since Natalia was in town to show off her latest designs for Etam and throw a party for the collection, the little switcheroo was simple and quick. Natalia joined the runway to show off Riccardo Tisci’s designs, including interesting lightshade hats and Bermuda shorts alongside fellow models like Isabeli Fontana, Kasia Struss, Kamila Filipcikova, Karmen Pedaru, and Malgosia Bela.

Polar Bear Makes a Friend, Photos by Norbert Rosing
Near Hudson Lake in Manitoba, German wildlife photographer Norbert Rosing spotted a polar bear coming near his sled dogs. He took pictures of what he thought would be the end of his dogs.
Apparently the bear came back every night for a week to play with the dogs.

Refinery29: Banana Republic's Luxe Leisure Line Will Outfit You During Any Of Your Warm-Weather Vacations
When the weather outside is as dreary as it is, it's almost taken every once of our willpower to keep us from draining our bank accounts for a one-way ticket to Bora Bora carrying with us sighs of good riddance and a spare swimsuit. But when the swimsuit gets trashed, we can now turn to Banana Republic's new Luxe Leisure that will be sold at warm weather stores as well as a few other locations come March. Carrying the same pieces from Banana Republic's two summer collections, Luxe Leisure will also feature its own collections during the fall season. The pieces will also be similarly priced (that's from $29.50 to $110), and will include 40 total pieces of perma-summer beachwear, including swimsuits, tunics, and other lightweight staples that might make up your wardrobe if you lived in—oh, let's say...the most perfect places on earth. Bon voyage!"
